core team
Ilze designs and holds spaces where learning, creativity, and personal growth meet. Since 2017, she has been working internationally as a coach, mentor, facilitator, and project coordinator, supporting individuals and groups in their journeys of exploration and change.
With a background in media, journalism, and professional coaching, her work weaves together creative writing, movement, nature-based practices, and positive psychology.
Whether designing community gatherings like Move for Mood and E+motion, leading groups such as The Artist’s Way, or coordinating international learning projects (Erasmus+ mobilities), she brings a grounded and intuitive presence to every process. Over the years, she has collaborated with organizations such as BFree (Bulgaria), Olde Vechte Foundation (Netherlands), Impact (Netherlands), EnvironMental (Netherlands), and Sarva (Latvia).
Currently, her focus is on strengthening the behind-the-scenes of learning spaces — from event design and communication to project writing and team collaboration — with the aim of creating experiences that nurture resilience, connection, and creativity.
